Abstract:Deformation of the heated surface and tube explosion is a frequent safety accident in power plants’ boiler.Therefore,it is important to research the stress distribution on the heating surface of the boiler.In this paper,we studied the combustion characteristics of different arrangements of the burners and thermal loads.Through arranging the burners on the front wall and the front/rear wall,we measured the temperature of the water wall and thermal stress distribution of the water wall.In addition,we analyzed the results.By plotting figure,we found the some relationship between the combustion characteristics and load and burner arrangement.By plotting the map of water walls’ temperature and making statistics about stress data,we found that burners with front wall collocation can lead to the high temperature zone of the furnace flame near the rear wall and the temperature differences between the front and the rear wall are large.In addition,the temperature distribution of the left and right wall is uneven.we also discovered that the thermal stress is large,where temperature gradient of the water wall is large.Through the study about this paper,we provide some suggestions for the safe operation of the boiler.
摘要:在电站锅炉系统中受热面变形开裂及爆管是经常发生的安全事故问题。因此,锅炉受热面的应力分布具有十分重要的研究价值。本文以燃烧器的布置方式作为主要工况参数,研究了相同负荷各种不同燃烧器布置以及不同热负荷下锅炉燃烧的相关燃烧特性,并以燃烧器前墙布置和对冲布置工况为例,通过对不同工况下水冷壁的温度和热应力分布的测量,分析了影响水冷壁温度分布以及热应力分布的原因。通过绘制相同负荷不同燃烧器布置以及不同热负荷情况下的燃烧特性曲线,发现一些燃烧特性随负荷及燃烧器布置之间的变化。绘制不同燃烧器布置的水冷壁温度云图及应力数据,发现燃烧器前墙布置会导致炉膛火焰中心高温区偏向后墙,前后墙整体温差较大,左右墙横向温度分布不均匀;燃烧器中心对冲布置由于折焰角导致在炉膛上方后墙温度比前墙高,左右墙横向温度分布不均;两种工况水冷壁温度梯度较大的位置受到的热应力较大。本文通过以上研究对燃烧器布置具有参考及指导意义,也为锅炉安全运行提供一些建议。
