The Controlling And Monitoring System Used In Cnpc Sichuan-chongqing Region Of High Sulfur Gas Field

The Controlling and Monitoring system used in high sulfur gas field of CNPC was introduced in this paper. The system includes two main parts of Security controls system and Monitoring system. Security controls system integrated application Overpressure safety release technology, ESD emergency shutdown technology, as well as the Formation fluid hydrogen sulfide real-time processing technology to realize a higher level of security control in high sulfur gas wells. Furthermore, multiple types of parameters such as Process temperature, Pressure data, Real-time monitoring of hydrogen sulfide content and Real-time image information have been detected and transmit by wired and wireless means in Monitoring system. With the use of Controlling and Monitoring system, ground equipment and personnel safety have been effectively protected during blowout testing of the CNPC Sichuan-Chongqing region of high sulfur gas well.
