The researcher uses the methods of observation, interviews, and reflections as feedback on the approaches and interventions that he has conducted with his learners in teaching and learning English. The researcher too, has included few stages that he has adapted in dealing with learner’s EQ thus tackling learners proficiency in acquiring the language in terms of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation, scaffolding system, and learner autonomy in language acquisition. By looking at the matters of EQ in SLA, little but much, it does contribute towards learner development in acquiring the language without building up barrier of fear towards learning the English language.
